no. 109 Cheese and Wine is the vision of Monica Brown, proprietor of Cellar XV Wine Market located across the street at 88 Danbury Road. This Cheese and Specialty food store grew out of Monica's love and passion for good food and brings together her experiences growing up on a Simmental cattle ranch in Kansas and more than 20 years working in the restaurant and wine industries.
We are proud to be a part of a wonderful gourmet evolution in the Copps Hill Area, now called "The Marketplace" at Copp's Hill. We are joining Ridgefield Organics Market, Ridgefield Prime, Ross' Bread, Insieme Restaurant, Southwest Cafe, The Cutting Board and Ink by Michelle Oliver in a Food Lovers shopping destination.
We invite you to visit with us and experience an extraordinary world of cheese, gourmet food, and wine. We will be offering a selection of; Artisian Cheeses from around the world and around the corner all hand cut to order, Charcuterie, olives, olive oil, vinegars, local honey, artisian crackers, cheese accompaniments, chocolates, cheese tools and gifts for the wine and cheese lover.
We are also thrilled to be offering the Housemade Pates, Smoked Salmon, Sauces and Hors deuovres of Bernard's Restaurant and the amazing Tarts from Red Barn Bakery .
