Loved the delicious cheeses and pates I bought some weeks back. I wanted to tell you about a location in Westport I think you would fall in love with (in case you’ve ever thought about expanding your empire). It’s in Saugatuck right on the river. A beautiful new building with a nautical look. All the commuters pass 2x a day, an organic butcher is opening in Sept and Mario Batali just opened a restaurant around the corner. I’d love to see you guys down here,
also the wonderful organic store or Ross’ breads. I know you’d

Hi, wondering if you carry Bread Cheese. I know there’s a Bread Cheese made by Carr Valley in WI, but I can’t seem to find anyone out here who carries it!
We don’t have Bread Cheese but it sounds interesting. Check with Whole Foods, sounds like they have carried it before. I can also special order it for you, just let me know. Monica
