do you offer fondue packages or pregrate cheese for fondue?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we do have solutions for fondue. We don’t normally grate our cheeses, but we will do what we can to make it a great fondue party. Give us a call ahead of time and we’ll see what we can do. 203 438 5757 and ask for me, Thanks Monica.
Where can I find Racklette cheese in the area?
We carry it in the store. We currently have the French Raclette in stock and will be featuring it tomorrow.
I would like to put offer an American cheese board featuring Vermont Shepherd cheese
as well as a blue cheese and a soft rind cheese similar to brie. Can you recommend a
blue cheese similar to a mild Stilton and a soft rind cheese that is not too “mushroomy”
or earthy? I am considering serving these cheeses with dried peaches or apricots and
perhaps a fig compote.
